Loved the property, it was really lovely. The receptionist at the front was just amazing. I think maybe her name was Zandile? I can't recall. But her level of service was just superb. The room was lovely and the little amenities like coffee, tea, mini-fridge, etc... were perfect.
There's quite a bit that could be updated. I noticed there was a bit of a musty smell throughout the building, which makes me think some renovating probably needs to happen. Also, the TVs aren't smart TVs so I couldn't cast from my device or stream from any platforms. I landed up just watching Netflix on my laptop.

It was clean, staff were helpful.
The place needs a "fixer-up. Shower ceiling was mouldy, so was the inside of the cupboard. The woodwork on the patio needs replacing
The fridge leaked and was noisy- couldn't get much sleep.
You need to add dome imagination to the breakfast, it was too bland.
There was no sweetener available
You offered margarine, no butter.
You need to put in a long mirror
Trim the trees so we can enjoy the ocean view.
Coffee out of a coffee machine please!
