Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) war sehr gut und das Personal im Service freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Unser Zimmer mit Balkon ist geschmackvoll renoviert worden und hat uns gut gefallen.
Die Begrüẞung durch den Rezeptionisten, der an diesem Tag Dienst hatte, ist leider mißglückt ( unfreundlich und rechthaberisch) - das ist kein guter Einstieg in den Urlaub.
Das Hotel liegt mitten im Dorf und an der Durchzugsstraße, schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist etwas schwierig.
Eine Kritik am Paznauntal, nicht am Hotel: zusätzlich zur täglichen Ortstaxe (4,20 pro Tag und Pers.) muss man verpflichtend eine sogenannte Destination Charge von 7 € pro Tag und Per bezahlen. Dieser Einfallsreichtum Gästen zusätzlich Geld abzunehmen für eine Leistung, die sie nicht brauchen und nicht wollen, ist mir eindeutig zu viel - schöne Wanderungen kann man auch an vielen anderen Orten machen.

Hotel und Einrichtung sind angenehm und laden zum Entspannen ein. SPA und Innenpoolbereich sind sehr schön und sauber.
Beim Abendessen sind wir zu den angegebenen Zeiten (19:45 Uhr) gekommen, bereits eine Stunde später wurde uns der Eindruck gegeben, dass wir jetzt gehen sollten. Schade, das Essen war fein, aber am Ende konnten wir es nicht mehr geniessen.
