Close to West Street, but enough away that it is silent. Excellent customer service, they helped to book the bus back to the airport and arranged renting a bike.

The hotel was located in an area very close to downtown Yangshuo but was very well situated that it was still quiet. The staff were very friendly & helpful but the best part of the stay was the balcony! An unbelievable view, especially for sunrises and sunsets, 1 min away from your door!

The location is excellent. Quiet, yet close enough to pedestrian West Street.
The staff were quick to assist and always tried to help via translation apps.
Clean room.
Stunning view on the rooftop.
First room stank of smoke and damp. However the staff moved us to another room which was better.
Electrics were poor in the room. You could not plug in any chargers or adapters. Only 2 worked, one in each room of our family suite.
Staff were happy to assist by storing my husband medication in the fridge. However they need to be more careful as they were placed in their freezer! One night.
Thankfully his duodopa carriages thawed out slowly once placed back in the fridge. But the waiting was very stressful to see if they had been damaged.
Accidents happen and everything was okay in end. But if you have medication to be refrigerated, I’d recommend you follow the staff to ensure it’s placed correctly.
