Staff speaks very good English which is very rare in China. They are very helpful to assist organizing your trip. The room is very comfortable in particular the good pillows

Everything, especially the VERY helpful staff. YaWen, Cindy, Kevin, and Molly helped us a lot, especially YaWen who helped us straighten the use of the Chinese apps.
Cannot think of anything. Perhaps having whole wheat bread for the breakfast toast instead of white bread. Aside from the that, nothing to complain about.

Everything! Rooms had amazing views, the beds were very comfortable, it is in a great location, walking distance to Centre, and all the staff was exceptionally helpful.
