A localização é muito boa, próxima a locais de alimentação variadas, entre eles um "shopping center" próximo.
Para o tamanho do hotel, a quantidade de elevadores disponíveis naquele momento (2 apenas) era insuficiente para dar vazão adequada ao movimento nas horas de maior pico. Demorava e vinha cheio.
