About this house rental
Located in Pflugerville, this charming house for $959 per night is a great option for your next trip. Sprawling 4400 sq ft house that sleeps 30 (not on air mattresses!) with amazing outdoor pool, casita, outdoor shower, covered patio, spa, 22 foot shuffleboard table that we bought from a Dave and Busters, pool table, air hockey table, poker set, 65 inch curved screen 4k TV, and Four arcade machines with Mrs Packman, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Galaga and 3000+ more games and a 2 player car racing game! Up to 9 off street parking spots...everything you need for your group! We're one mile outside of Austin city Limits which means only 20-ish minutes from downtown. Walking distance to charming Pflugerville downtown and local cafes and bars. Please ask any questions you might have!

Quite a few things not as described. Need to take some time and update the listing to be more accurate and do some maintenance to make sure everything is operating and it should be! Great location and over all a nice house.

Family visited from out of town and we all spent the weekend together. Great weekend, home is local to a lot of places.

I feel that if a house says it sleeps a specific amount of people you should be able to have up to that many guests if you want to with out being charged extra per guest per night. We ended up cutting people out of our group because although it slept 30, we didn’t want to run up the price even more by adding more people. For 13 guest for 3 nights we paid close to 4K.
There was a few things that could have been better in the house. The owner was made aware of those few things. She was very prompt with responding and did offer to help fix any issues. We did enjoy the swimming pool, and the size of the home. All in all probably wouldn’t stay again just because of how the pricing works. Other than that, it’s good.

For anyone looking for a perfect house for a lot of people this is your spot. Lisa the property manager was absolutely fantastic to work with and her property exceeded expectations. We had 28 guys stay at the property for a bachelor party and not only did Lisa make booking a breeze she also was available any time we needed and checked in to make sure everything was up to standard. I can not tell you how many properties wouldn't give a bachelor party of 25+ the time of day so finding and booking with Lisa was a god send. Anyone looking for a great property to host a big group has to book this property.

Our family rented this amazing house for our daughters wedding weekend ~ it was fabulous!! So much space, so many things to do. The pool and hot tub were lovely ~ Not to mention all of the games! Everyone had a wonderful time and we’re so happy we had such a great place for all of us to come together

A large group of us stayed for a nearby CrossFit competition. There were about 15 of us scattered throughout the house. The accommodations in the house were spot on. Multiple beds available. They could potentially update the mattresses as some of them are very thin, but overall a good day.

This is our 9th year to meet in a large house in the Austin area for our holiday family time. Our first time at this house as well in a subdivision rather than on the lakes or downtown. We enjoyed the convenient location to IH35 and food delivery services. We also liked the number of available beds and large kitchen. Excellent communication and accessibility with owners.

Everyone kept talking about how great the VRBO was. Plenty of room to sleep, huge kitchen, great entertaining space and outdoor area! The game room is an added bonus! The Host was EXCELLENT. This house was perfect for my 19 person extended family who were in town for my wedding. The space, beds and accommodation were functional and comfortable. Never saw bunk beds in a closet before but it was the coziest sleep possible. Tons of yard games, board games and other fun activities for both kids and adults to enjoy. There is an outside shower which was a nice surprise and the pictures do not do justice for the size of the yard beyond the pool and hot tub and outside covered patio deck foot print. It was quite a drive from Austin especially in traffic but it was a great stay and highly recommend

While it was a last min charge, I totally understood the extra cost to heating a pool at this time of year and it was reasonable.
