I loved how central it was, and how close all the facilities where. People and staff where also very friendly and helpful.

Would need better accessibility. However still loved the accommodation and will be back.

The location was perfect, it was very easy to get transportation to and from the accommodation,

Upon our arrival we knew the room wouldn’t be ready until just after 4pm, we went and done a few things and arrived back to the accommodation around 4:30pm and the room still wasn’t cleaned, I messaged about the room still not being cleaned and I was told they were running a bit behind which was no problem, we left again and arrived back at 7pm and the room was just being cleaned at this time, I was very disappointed by this as I was told it would be ready just after 4pm

We booked this property last minute and the accommodated for it on the same day. It was in a good location to the beach and everything that was happening on the strip if that’s what you were there for.

There were a few things that I thing could be fixed to make this property a little bit better and shown a little bit of love. The aircon is not attached properly to the vent meaning that it didn’t really work and it leaked water when we did use it. There were some puddles on the terrace that had come from leaking on the ceiling, would be good if they were cleaned when we arrived. The shelf in the shower was hanging off the wall too and there was an almost empty roll of toilet roll and no back up when we arrived. Our stay was still good but fixing these things would make it very good.

The property was trash. Outside constantly driping liquid from the ceiling making it impossible to use the outside in any reasonable manner furniture damaged and floor corroded. Air con didn’t work the company was uncontactable said they would partial refund us for the hassle gave us a number that doesn’t work. Came at 20:00 to try and repair the AC and stayed till 22:30 at night. No glasses or matching cutlery and dishes

Most of the things are broken TV didn’t work, AC didn’t work corrosive liquid dripping from ceiling can use outside no toilet paper not even one roll bad smell from bathroom and drip from toilet. 1 Towel for 2 guests over 10 days no cleaning. uncontactable on any number and completely disorganised and disgracefull company

Miguel is a very friendly and helpful guy. Location is near the strip. Big hotel pool.

Room was not ready when we arrived, we had to wait at the pool with our luggage several hours. After it was ‘cleaned’, it was still dirty. There was no toilet paper and only 1 towel each for 5 days. The bed sheet was small and the duvet was missing, so we had to buy one. Shower doesnt drain and starts to stink. AC doesnt cool the room. Fridge takes a long time to cool drinks and food. Balcony above the terrace leaks, so the terrace got dirty all the time. Overall a disappointment.

Hair on top of the bed. Overall cleaning was disappointing. Bad smell coming from the bathroom constantly.

Relaxing all are accessible from pool to sea lovely place even in evenings

Mr. Denner was pretty nice and helpful. The location was also very good: 2 minutes walk from the beach and 7 minutes walk from the famous Rua da Oura which has a lot of bars and night activities. The apartment is modern and cozy.

The complex has a private parking lot but it only has a few spots and it can be hard to park on the streets.
