The hotel itself and the room I have stayed in was clean, the staff was very polite. Location of the hotel is very convenient with not difficult access to the Hakodate Station (JR), the morning market. The hotel is placed in between of Yunokawa Onsen and the Motomachi so you can actually go wherever you want from this point (there are light rail train station not far away).
The hotel is just in front of the ocean so it’s windy and not hot even in the middle of the summer.
The one time use toothbrush, provided by the hotel as a facility is too hard and thin.
Although the bed mattress was pretty hard too, but personally I don’t have a problem with that.
