Boa localização com instalações precisando de reparo.

Localização e café da manhã

Instalações velhas e mal preservadas. Alguns equipamentos do quarto não funcionavam (luzes) ou estavam quebradas (ducha do chuveiro). Não disponibilizaram lençol para o casal, apenas 1.

Bom custo benefício

Local maravilhoso em frente à Lagoa da Pampulha, silencioso e confortável.

Não foi feita a limpeza do quarto mesmo tendo sido solicitado. Valor cobrado pelo estacionamento foi de 25,00 por diária mas no Booking consta 20,00.

Bathroom needs updates, they need employees that speak English, no restaurant, no room service.

The price was good for the location and breakfast.

The common areas looked dirty and old, but the room was clean.

It was okay, the staff was helpful with parking our car (they have a parking a few blocks away from the hotel itself), it had all the basic necessities one can need. Breakfast was good.

Fair for the price and location

Staff was friendly and willing to help/support - they were fast to find a solution for my room exchange and very candid.

First room was not what I booked and it was smelling (a lot) of mold. The towels were rusty :( and the breakfast also was pretty simple

A friendly staff, quite good breakfast.

there is a missing of some space to rest outside. Actually there is some terrace, but it's small and "nothing special".

We will not comeback, even though we loved the location because it wa ao quietly

The location was nice, if you want to be a bit disconnected from the city trouble.

The towels needs are completely worn out-> Needs to be replaced. The bed sheets are too small for the mattress. The ventilation of the kitchen goes up into the corridors of the rooms. There was mould on the room walls, which could be an issue for allergic people. The hotel is called cha-> But they don’t have tee at the breakfast

Very good

The breakfast was ok. The room was clean. My room had a great view. This hotel has a great price for what it offers. That was my second stay.

The sheets didn't fit the bed, and that was weird. The towels was wornout almost riped, small and not good. They need to replace those as soon as possible.
