Room was large and bathroom was large too. I liked the entry area for shoes. Room was very clean and comfortable with a large desk. Also the laundry access was great. And free coffee. :) Staff was super helpful - I needed to find a doctor and they helped find me a clinic 10 min away.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Staff were exceptional and responded so positively to any question or request. Really great having the little onsite catering area with water, coffee and microwave.
The location was brilliant, and was accessible to all of the things we wanted to see. All was walkable and easy.
The power outlets were quite loose so that charging devices was an ongoing challenge. The staff were very obliging with loaning usb chargers but although we brought the appropriate adapters from home (Australia) we still had to buy more, and that was hit and miss as to whether they worked. We are now in Busan and have not had that problem at all.

Location was great
Floating floors meant that noise from neighbours was an issue. We had a complaining neighbour each time we moved around and felt like we had to walk on tip toe the whole time we stayed
