Lovely, well equipped self catered flats, on the edge - walking distance - of Riaza. Reception were lovely (before arriving they even sent us information about events in the town during our stay) and we just about managed to communicate with my broken Spanish. Nice indoors pool, even large enough to swim laps, with a good outside lawn area.
The whole complex seems to be geared more for longer stays than the few days we were there for. So, for example - you are asked to take your rubbish bags at the end to the bins at the entrance to the neighbourhood (though most people seem to leave them on the property).
The main thing for us though was that - staying there in the middle of one of this summer's heat-waves, the upstairs could get unbearably hot, the fans weren't great, and the upstairs windows barely opened, and there was no airflow to cool it down over night. Hopefully that can be sorted in the future, as otherwise it really was a very comfortable stay.

Ausreichend Platz für Kleidung, Lagerung der Lebensmittel ...
Check-In trotz vorheriger Info nur in spanisch, kein Englisch
Garage sehr eng, habe deshalb lieber außen geparkt
Trotz Zaun kann jeder die Anlage betreten, wir wurden zum Ziel wdh. nächtlicher Ruhestörungen (Zimmer an der Fluchttreppe war ideal für die Störenfriede)

La ubicación, el apartamento están bien
Que en la piscina climatizada no había baños operativos, las personas mayores con limitaciones que estaban allí lo pasaron mal . Ya que tenían que ir a los baños del apartamento que para una urgencia , no está cerca.
También el césped no está lo suficientemente cuidado.
El apartamento en el que yo estaba había muchos pelos de perro. Como el suelo era blanco. ( los pelos de perro blanco)A priori no se veían.

Estaba muy limpio, hacia mucho frio fuera pero dentro se estaba muy calentito. La ducha funcionaba bastante bien, y en general el alojamiento tuvo todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy buena. No tuvimos ninguna queja.
