The room was very clean and quite big, the bed was good and big enough for two. I liked a small dressing table in addition to a bigger table area. The hotel is located in a good spot near bus/metro stops and a lot of restaurants around.

A small kitchen and a washing machine were excellent for a week-long traveler.
Communication wasn't that great. I didn't receive a reply to the message I sent prior to my stay.

Location is good, to key eatery and offices, Starbucks just under at ground level.
Breakfast is local Korean, probably we are not used to

When I book a suite with a city view I don't expect a view on ... a wall, which means absolutely no view! That was very disapointing. I immediately told the front desk, the answer I got was also disapointing, I had 2 options, change to a cheaper room with a view, or pay more to have a better room with a view. So we kept our dark room. This is unacceptable as view is part of our key criteria when we book a hotel room. They should sell this suite as "Suite with no view"!
