The apartment was really clean and tidy. It was in a great location, very quiet street. The check in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment felt safe and secure. It’s a really great value for money. Would recommend
Nothing to be honest. It was pretty great.

Great location
Clean apartment
Accessible by lift
Great spaces
Good views of the balcony and of the kitchen/room
Sofas are new and comfortable
Great space for a stay with a baby, ours is 7 month old and she liked it!
Staff made sure to place the baby cot we requested so our baby could sleep good. 🙏🙏
Washing machine was broken and could not be replaced during our 6 nights stay
Staff offered to wash our clothes instead
Coffee/tea maker is leaking and needs to be replaced
Toaster was broken and not replaced
Double bed is too small, and makes too much noise
We would have appreciated more amenities like toilet paper, kitchen paper, better quality shower gel in a dispenser etc

The location was convenient both to the hospital where I had an operation and to the old city.
The flat was not like the one at the pictures. It was dark and there was no table or chairs to eat meals comfortably. I could not be happier to depart.
