The apartment fully met our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a TV, a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, and a small refrigerator. There is paid private parking available on the property. We arrived at night, but check-in was very easy. We received detailed instructions and an access code by SMS in advance. There are also several parking spaces near the hotel which, as far as I understand, are free of charge. The area is quiet and peaceful. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Libilo se:
- platite jen za to, co potrebujete (pokoj, parkovani, snidane, ...)
- velky tichy pokoj s dostatkem odkladacich mist a klimatizaci
- dodatecne vybaveni pokoje: varna konvice, kavovar, kava, caj, lednicka, hrnicky a sklenice
- kuchynka pro hosty
Drobnosti ke zlepseni:
- nektere veci nesou stopy vyraznejsiho opotrebeni (odlomene vicko konvice)
- lednicka byla fakt hlucna, takze spunty do usi nebo na noc vypnout
- stresni okno nema zaluzii, pomuze skraboska pres oci
- v koupelne by mohlo byt vice mista na odlozeni vlastni kosmetiky (prostor by tam byl) a take umyvadlo by mohlo byt trochu vetsi, kdyz uz je na pokoji ta varna konvice, aby se do ni dala napustit voda
- nechapu vseobecny zvyk davat rucniky na postel, kdyz je clovek potrebuje v koupelne

Modern clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very good value for money.
Noisy fridge, AC controlled centrally - the remote control was taken away, which I was infromed before, however during the hottest week of the year, the central setting was completely insufficient and the room was warm as there was no AC at all. Ended up sleeping with an open window instead. I would recommend to leave the quests to choose their own level of comfort.
