Libilo se:
- platite jen za to, co potrebujete (pokoj, parkovani, snidane, ...)
- velky tichy pokoj s dostatkem odkladacich mist a klimatizaci
- dodatecne vybaveni pokoje: varna konvice, kavovar, kava, caj, lednicka, hrnicky a sklenice
- kuchynka pro hosty
Drobnosti ke zlepseni:
- nektere veci nesou stopy vyraznejsiho opotrebeni (odlomene vicko konvice)
- lednicka byla fakt hlucna, takze spunty do usi nebo na noc vypnout
- stresni okno nema zaluzii, pomuze skraboska pres oci
- v koupelne by mohlo byt vice mista na odlozeni vlastni kosmetiky (prostor by tam byl) a take umyvadlo by mohlo byt trochu vetsi, kdyz uz je na pokoji ta varna konvice, aby se do ni dala napustit voda
- nechapu vseobecny zvyk davat rucniky na postel, kdyz je clovek potrebuje v koupelne

+++ I visited many 4 stars accommodations over the past two years in the Czech Republic and "U Šípků" is no doubt 4 stars, not 3 stars as booking categorizes. The apartment is beautiful, all details right, beds comfy, two coffees waiting for you, water in the fridge for you to take, also quite spacy, I got small table for laptop as well
+ I discovered small kitchen too in the hall
- a bit worse smell in the bathroom IF you turned on the ventilation which was a bit noisy if ON

Modern clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very good value for money.
Noisy fridge, AC controlled centrally - the remote control was taken away, which I was infromed before, however during the hottest week of the year, the central setting was completely insufficient and the room was warm as there was no AC at all. Ended up sleeping with an open window instead. I would recommend to leave the quests to choose their own level of comfort.
