El personal del hotel ha sido muy cálido con nosotros.E stá ubicado muy cerca de la parte céntrica de Montañita, sin embargo el acceso al hotel es una pendiente de loma lodosa, lo que dificulta un poco la entrada.
El agua de la ducha no estaba caliente, se podría decir que estaba casi fría.
