There was plenty of living space and the kitchen area was good. It was a very quiet location with easy access to the beach. There was an excellent supermarket about a mile from the house and its prices were very reasonable. The town of Juelsminde , about four miles away, had an excellent range of shops for a small town plus a very pretty harbour.
We had to collect the keys from the office in Juelsminde, which were left in a key safe as it was after 6pm on Saturday. On arriving at the house we discovered that the information book about all the facilities in the house had to be collected from the office during office hours - closed on Sundays! There was only one key to the house which was a problem when all six of us did not want to go out together. We were told to leave refuse in the bin at the front of the house - no separate recycling. Also there were also two rubbish bins at the side of the house which had not been emptied and harboured flies.
