About this house rental

Located 3 blocks from downtown, our house is beautiful inside with a big front porch and a small enclosed back yard. White picket fence around front. Within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

There is a driveway to left of house. 2 bedrooms have there own bathroom and one bedroom has 2 beds in it. Washer and dryer available. Propane Grill available.

This house was an excellent choice for us. It was very clean and had extras like coffee, pods, and plenty of toilet paper. We enjoyed our visit very much. It also had a baby bed and stroller and children’s toys. We ended up with a two-year-old with us so it made our trip even better. I highly recommended and would definitely stay there again if I get the opportunity. Thank you, Jon. Very much for letting us rent your home.

Host was very responsive and place was as described. There was a stroller and crib available which was great for my one year old grandson. House was very cute and clean!! Hope to stay here again in future trips to Denton as it’s location is just blocks from TWU.

The old house was fun and we enjoyed our stay. I understood that pets were welcomed. That’s fine by me too. However the floors and especially under furniture was covered in pet fur. I think a wet mop would have taken care of it. Also the oven was very dirty and the controls didn’t work. Time for a new one. No extra paper towels were available either. It is in a good location for walks to town. The town was fun to experience.
