Perfect stay to get into the real jungle vibe Very friendly and helpfull staff Very good restaurant A wide range of well-organized activities Good communication regarding the hotel's operations

The rooms could perhaps have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

The staff were friendly, check in was quick and the room was as described. The hotel was able to help organise trips and transfers. The hotel has an onsite restaurant which serves the most delicious food.

That the shower would switch between scalding hot and cold! There was a power cut in the night for about an hour - all understandable due to the location
