The area in which it is located has a good public transport connection.

The apartment needs several repairs, which make the stay quite uncomfortable, from resting to taking a shower. 1- The lack of a ventilation system, which works, in the bathroom, in addition to producing fungus and oxidation of the metal of the door, causes the wood to swell and the door does not close. 2- the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom has fungus, of the aspergillus type, which can cause allergies and is dangerous for health 3- a marble tile that was loose and that we were afraid it would fall on our feet while we were showered 4- bathroom towel hanger coming off wall 5- We also warned that the water connection of the gas boiler was leaking, when turning on the heating we detected the leak on the microwave 6- The blind on the small door to the terrace did not work. 7- The apartment needs updating from painting and deep cleaning, the dirt in the corners of the kitchen and bathroom are old. And also some basics: a renewal of the towels, we bought new towels on the Saturday of our arrival for the poor condition of those who had left us. 8- the bed is very small by the standards of a booking accommodation, I measure 172 and my feet dangled Although they offered that the maintenance technician would come to see the water pipe, we preferred not to use the heating, we did not see anywhere any label of a gas technical company that had carried out the inspection of the equipment (as is usually done in Spain). And we also did not want that during the stay they dedicated themselves to repairing everything that the team had supposedly not seen when they had supposedly checked the apartment before our arrival. About the door opening system: the day of arrival we were on the street from 11:30-12:30 PM, the application signal came to the door, in the street, but the outside door, a metal gate was locked, there was an opening signal, but it did not open. Some neighbours came to the building and they opened for us, they told us that it was not the first time that they

An excellent terrace - it smoothed out the shortcomings, it is a pleasure to have breakfast on it early in the morning.

The bed is very small even in length, not to mention the width, the air conditioner is turned off only in the electrical panel and is not regulated by temperature. The shelf under the mirror in the bathroom is barely alive and threatens to fall and break, it is better not to put anything on it, as everything falls.

Fantastic location, safe

2 doors from a supermarket, local stores, excellent access to Metro, very safe neighborhood! Overall decent facilities. Can sleep 5, ample chairs for 6.

Bathroom could use more shelf space, shower plug allows have the water to drain down instead of into shower head. Basic seasonings in kitchen would be courteous. Kitchen nice. Could add more basic plates and glasses, utensils. Parking space extremely tight and small as well as garage mobility.
