The location, it's a stone throw away from the beach, a Shoprite (unpleasant) across the street and a couple of take out restaurants. There are lots of efforts made for general upkeep of the block of flats and security, the apartment is well laid out and as per the pictures, also clean internally and sufficiently furnished for comfort.Lapa is quite clean too.
Unfortunately, they are dealing with cockroach manifestation, something is being done. The Internet went off halfway through and was not fixed.
