Breakfast was ok not amazing.
What I liked the most is the staff. value for the money.
nothing much I could recollect. They can charge slightly more and make the breakfas a notch better.

Hotel is exactly as it appears in the photo.
I request an extra bed we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, They provided the extra bed but it was a mattress on the floor, very disappointed!

Reception staff (all of them) was very courteous and checking in was very quick. Location of the property is very good. Right in the centre of the city yet away from all the traffic and noises. All city sightseeing i.e. the Fort, Souq, and Malls at few minutes drive. Size of the apartment was generous and didn't gave a cramped feeling. Parking space was comfortably large.
Overall cleanliness of the apartment wasn't upto the standards. The property seems to be quite old as obvious from the little details in bathrooms, floor and furniture, which seems pretty worn out. Bathrooms were not clean enough for us to use comfortably. It was not at all refreshing to use the bathrooms, so much so that none of our family member took a shower during our stay. Toiletries were missing and several toiletry boxes were placed just empty. The management needs to seriously consider renovating the worn out toilets and replace the old furniture soon before the next season starting Q4 2023.
