great location, you do not need a car, everything is walking distance, Champagne Houses, Restaurants all right there for you. Breakfast was also amazing, fresh and delicious.

A fantastic place to stay in Épernay. The property is incredibly spacious, beautifully equipped and very comfortable, with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. There is also secure parking inside the gated courtyard, which is a huge advantage given the central location.
Breakfast was a real highlight — excellent quality, with a generous selection of fresh local products and eggs freshly prepared to order, all included.
The location really couldn’t be better, directly on the Avenue de Champagne in the heart of Épernay, within easy walking distance of everything.
What makes the experience particularly special is that the property is actually part of an independent Champagne house. Guided tours are available, which gives the stay a much more authentic and personal feel than a conventional hotel. And the Champagne itself is superb!
Spacious, comfortable, incredibly well located and with the added pleasure of staying within a working Champagne house. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was sufficient reasonable variety. The location was excellent and the room was ok but could do with an update. The doona was too small for the size of the bed and the pillows definitely needed replacing.
Guests should be made aware that there is no lift and all rooms are upstairs. My elderly husband had to carry two heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. There was not enough staff usually only one person on duty who attended the office and the breakfast room also cooked our eggs for breakfast. There was little or no information about this winery and hotel nor any information as to what tours were available.
