We would highly recommend a stay here.

The front desk person stayed a few minutes later than the 6pm close time in order to accommodate us. The whole experience was excellent. Location was the best.

Lovely location, very helpful staff, comfortable rooms.

Central location on the Avenue de Champagne; very friendly and helpful staff; room comfortable; lovely shared terrace on which to enjoy a glass of champagne.

Not much but if being picky there was often a fairly strong smell of drains from our kitchen area and some of the light bulbs need replacing. It was frustrating that the shop shut at 6pm, which meant no evening champagne could be enjoyed, but this seemed to be common practice on the Avenue de Champagne.

Exceptional

It exceeded our expectations. We had a huge apartment with our own littel patio outside, where we could enjoy our lovely french cakes and pastries with a glass of champagne from the house. The staff was fantastic, very polite, very helpful. Lia explained a lot about the champagne, we tasted 3 types each while we were there and bought a couple of bottles to take home. We wanted to visit the cellar, but it was closed. Next time. Breakfast was amazing, big choice and fresh products. Location of course is a huge advantage, right on the champagne avenue. Parking is secure. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality.

The best and the worst at the same time!

Beautiful building, spacious suite, perfect location, safe parking and friendly hostess.

Obviously mold in the bathroom, dreadful smell in the morning.

Lovely romantic little hotel right on Champagne Avenue

We loved the atmosphere of the house & the location right on the famous Avenue de Champagne! Having a private, secure car park right at the back of the house is a great advantage.

I couldn’t find any tea facilities in the room. Maybe there is a kettle hidden somewhere and I missed it?! I like to have a cup of tea before going to bed, so I was a bit disappointed. There was a coffee machine, though.

The staff are all very friendly. A great stopover. All mod cons. Kettle coffee machine microwave, great shower lovely breakfast and comfy bed!

Great location.

It was in a fabulous location on the Avenue of Champagne. Room was very roomy. On one day we were leaving early and so were given croissants to take with us. Breakfast was from 8 and we were leaving earlier. There was a lovely courtyard on the property to sit and have drinks and ample parking.

Breakfast seemed inconsistent, on the first day we weren't offered anything other the continental (which was lovely) and then the next breakfast we were offered cooked eggs as an option. I didn't get a chance to check (we stayed in a lot of places on our trip) but the booking did say champagne on arrival and were weren't given that. We were offered the option of a cellar tour which we booked but unfortunately this was cancelled due to staffing issues.

Excellent stay in Epernay with a location that cannot be beat!

This location cannot be beat, right in the heart of Epernay walkable to many champagne houses. The parking was easy and secure.

We stayed in a huge luxury apartment on the stunning hotel/champagne house complex (which is located on the Avenue de Champagne). Easy access to the main hub of Epernay, e.g. shops and restaurants and surrounded by other champagne houses. Breakfast was very good and staff were amazing throughout. Would love to return in summer!

nice place but the loading of my car ruined everything

nice facility, good location

be aware that if you have an electric car, even if they promote that they have electric chargers. They don’t work properly. I only got 0,1 km/min loaded!!!

Fabulous champagne tasting experience with friends ❤️🥂

The room was excellent with a separate kitchen area with a microwave and fridge. Quite basic but you could make a meal in a pan on the hob, or heat up a microwave meal. Very quiet as it was on the end of the building. Lovely outside space to sit and drink our champagne too .

We would have liked some hand sanitizer in the toilet, or even better a sink to wash our hands. It wasn’t great having to go back into the bedroom and into the shower room to wash our hands in the middle of the night. Sorry 😢

Would definitely go back!

Fantastic location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Property was secure at night time. Excellent stay for a small family.

Slightly better soundproofing from the main road - Ave de Champagne. The traffic noise is very load, however you are on a main road so it was to be expected.We used earplugs so that helped a bit.

It was a great overnighter for our return to the UK

The location is perfect walkable to everything it has lots of French character

Room was a little old fashioned with very creaky floors and a door very difficult to open into the bedroom
