The villa itself was spacious, well-presented, and clean, and the early check-in was appreciated. The resort grounds are beautiful, and some members of staff were courteous and well-intentioned. There were also thoughtful touches during the stay which we valued.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not consistently match the price point (over $6,400 for 5 nights).
Throughout the stay, there were repeated operational inconsistencies — including delays with internal transport, housekeeping not aligning with requested timings, and daily issues with the villa pool pump not functioning unless we specifically requested it to be turned on.
There were also service coordination issues, such as a spa booking being incorrectly arranged, which disrupted planned time with family.
A particularly disappointing moment was when our young daughter’s milk tooth, left by her bedside, was removed during cleaning, which caused considerable distress.
On our final night, my wife was also unwell following dinner, which unfortunately impacted our departure.
While the hotel did offer to waive certain spa and dining charges following our feedback, no adjustment was made to the accommodation cost despite the cumulative nature of the issues.
Overall, while the property itself is beautiful, the level of consistency and attention to detail did not align with expectations at this price level.
