The welcoming was very warm and people were very very nice. The place is very cosy with lots of history inside which you can "read" in any corner of the bulding, equipment, decoration, etc. The location is perfect and the whole experience was very authentic to get more of Korca old culter, traditions and food experiences.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel with our group of six, which included a teenager and a baby. Finding a place that keeps everyone happy can be a challenge, but this hotel managed it flawlessly!
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family, making us feel completely welcome from the moment we checked in. Our rooms were pristine, spacious, and very comfortable for the whole group. The hotel was well-equipped for the baby, and there was plenty to keep our teenager engaged and happy too.
The service, facilities, and overall experience were top-notch. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to any families or larger groups traveling together!

The location is great - on a quiet cobbled street just 5 minutes' walk from the city centre. The building itself and interior decoration are old-style, containing many interesting articles, ornaments and photos. Our room had access to a shared terrace (not private, as stated).
The staff is friendly, with some English spoken. Breakfast is tasty, varied and plentiful, served at the table. Coffee's the default hot drink, but herbal teas are available upon request. On the first evening we had dinner in the restaurant. The food is home cooked, but we weren't sufficiently impressed to eat there again during our 3-night stay.
Nice touches: Best towels ever (for us, anyway)! Rough texture, which we much prefer to the soft, fluffy type that can feel slimy and don't absorb well. The bed linen was also crisply laundered and had a cool feel. The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom is tiny, with no hooks to hang things or surfaces to place toiletries, etc. When using the shower, it's difficult to avoid water splashing all over the toilet and floor. Thankfully, the weather was hot, so everything dried quickly, but it would be tricky in winter. There is no ventilation in the bathroom other than the window, which unfortunately was not fixed properly and it fell onto my husband's head!
We were surprised to find that no routine cleaning of our room was available during our stay, which was 3 nights. I had to ask for fresh bottled water and a black plastic bag to empty the bathroom bin. We missed the luxury of having the bed made up and the option of clean towels if needed. We also discovered that there was no spare key for our room, which seemed strange.
In summary, this was an interesting, traditional accommodation experience, though 2 nights would have been enough for us.
