The place was nice and clean. Everything one could possibly need in the room was available, even the little thoughtful items (I was happy to find an iron and ironing board as I was attending a wedding and my clothes needed some touch up ironing). The self entry and exit to the guesthouse was convenient.
You can hear your neighbors in the other room - especially those directly above you as we were on ground floor. But it was not a major issue, everything else more than made up for that

Aircon was wonderful, thank you for the chocolate and cookies provided. I did not use the TV but is saw there is one if you want to watch. The bathroom was very clean and fresh towels was provided; it is a very safe place to stay.
Noise as the neighbours is building a house, got some hair / beard on my cushions and I took photos just to at least proof it if someone asks. The vinal tiles were sticky, the yards were really not neat, looks like there is no maintenance done.

The bed was very comfortable and the environment nice and quiet. The apartment is beautiful -all in pristine white. So many small things were available to make one's stay exceptional - filter coffee, washcloths and various sizes luxury towels, tissues, enough electrical outlets of various sizes.

Beautiful place and very clean with helpful staff
The bed in my room sagged A LOT so it was not comfortable and we had no electricity from about 4am till we checked out.
