Nos gustó la habitación y el buffet muy completo. El bar también muy bien atendido. El personal en general muy amable.
Las cabalgatas incluidas son un desastre, es increíble que no generen un sistema de turnos o que uno se pueda inscribir o anotar, y no se tenga que perder 2 horas esperando que le toque su turno. Mas encima son muy cuadrados con que termina a las 13 hrs entonces la última vuelta ( que fue la que nos tocó) es mucho más corta para volver justo a las 13 hrs. Había ido hace 13 años y fue lo mismo. Increible que no se modernicen si saben que las cabalgatas son tan demandadas. Más encima intentamos hacer la cabalgata exclusiva pagada, pero éramos 2 personas y solo aceptaban con mínimo 4, así que tampoco se pudo... También debieran decir en alguna parte que los bebestibles no están incluidos.
