The hotel is great and close to everything, so we were always in and out to recuperate. The breakfast was also great!

Excellent location in quiet street near town centre. Very helpful staff. Good and reliable wifi. Good breakfast.
Room comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities
I have no complaints

This is a very clean hotel situated right in the heart of Bratislava. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning is excellent.
It has very very little in the way of facilities, but this really doesn't matter as it's so close to the town.
The breakfast is adequate and the bean-to-coffee machine is good.
We had some issues with no hot water but this was resolved very quickly.
The only bad thing I would say is the shower drains extremely poorly, and water tends to spill across the whole bathroom floor. My other family members also found this problem in some of their rooms. The hotel DOES need to do something about this!!!
