Very nice modern apartments, furnished with everything you may need. As a family with kids we have very much appreciated the playground equipment. The coffee machines and free coffee offered was also highly appreciated. There are facilities for calling a taxi at the entrance.
The water at the sink in the kitchen had a bad taste, we had to buy water for drinking purposes (and even for coffee making). The area is very residential, so there are no restaurants/ shops very nearby (but there are when traveling only a few minutes by car). The location is ideal when travelling by car. Parking in the city center is very convenient on a Sunday, but it seems much more complicated (and expensive) during the week. There is no elevator.

It was modern.
The flat wasn't clean. There were sticky spots on the floor, the coffee table was dirty, the sofa bed was stained. The location is far from all amenities.
