The studio is located in a very nice, quiet area. It is tastefully furnished and decorated in a very warm, mid-century modern style. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable, and the owner was very polite. I also recommend trying the takeaway food prepared at the shop on the ground floor of the building.

Location was great - easy walk or tram into the historic centre. Comfortable unit - good couch and bed. Bathroom - shower was excellent and separate toilet was great. We enjoyed cooking and eating at the dining table.

The property was very clean and presented well. A few specialty touches included chocolates and coffee pods.
It is a shared accommodation with the owner - which is not clear in the advertisement and was not communicated to us prior to arriving, dispute messaging with the owner.
Additionally, the advertised washing machine ammenities were not readily available, with request for payment per load of laundry washed.
This together, was very disappointing, as we booked this specifically as it was advertised as a) private studio accommodation, and b) that it had washing machine facilities.
