Great location, on the highway coming from Forbes. 8 minutes drive from the city centre.. Easy to find. Nice quiet room. Great bed, very comfy, excellent parking right outside unit

The air conditioning was rather noisy, so turned it off during the nught

Location and ease of access

The sink in the room emitted a really bad sewerage smell. I fixed it by closing the sinkhole with a plug, but hopefully, it has been cleaned now.

We loved that the staff turned our heater on so that the room was comfortable upon arrival.

Our room was on the main road. Traffic could be heard.

The place felt a lot more cosy than I expected. I booked online before realising that the toilet was a separate building (it is clear on their website, but wasn't clear on booking.com), but I contacted the property and asked to swap to a cabin with an indoor toilet, and they upgraded us for free. Although, when we were there and could see the outdoor en suites - every cabin has it's own private outdoor en suite, looks like it was built for each caravan to have an en suite, but now there are cabins rather than space for caravans in those specific sites, so actually, we felt the external en suite would have been fine - they looked pretty good.

I was pretty happy with everything, actually. I can't think of anything I wasn't happy with. I mean, it wasn't a 5 star hotel, but then again, it wasn't pretending to be, and for the price, I got everything that is important to me when travelling.

Friendly staff. Good value. Peaceful Area. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and quiet.

If you need access with a wheelchair, most of the facilities are portables with stairs

Clean and comfy cabin, that was surprisingly spacious with everything you could need.

Loved talking to the owner about how the caravan park came about and the history of the building also just listening to the birds when it cooled down in the evening. With other family members Bed was very comfortable

Very quiet location on the edge of town but within 10 min drive to dinner. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room and staff had turned the aircon on before I arrived. the bathroom was external to the cabin but was spotless as well. I would stay again.

we came just after the floods. there were a lot of mozzies and cane toads in the pool. not their fault though

The self contained cabin was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Located about 5 km from Deniliquin city centre, this holiday park is peaceful/quiet for a good night's sleep. Top attractions of Deniliquin such as, the Waring Gardens, Deniliquin water tower mural, the information centre and so on, are located about 5 km from this holiday park. The attached toilet/Shower is actually located in a separate room behind each cabin. Insects can be a bit of a problem on hot days especially. But overall it's a clean comfortable and nice place to stay in Deniliquin. Very good staff too.

toilet is outside mosquito and flies it’s not worth for money rent need to reduce to 40-50 dollar it just better than nothing, I will never consider this as a hotel
