What I liked the most was the location, right in the heart of Palermo. The staff are very welcoming, and the doorman is also very friendly, which made the experience even better.
What I didn’t like was the bed. It’s very old and so deformed that it curves into a “U” shape, which was disappointing and affected the comfort of my stay.

The room was very clean and well set up. The bed was very comfortable.
The property is right amongst the action which also makes it noisy. Although it has good soundproofing it is not enough to block out the street noise. Also the rooms are off the breakfast space and one guest would make business calls at 6.30am not worrying that anyone could hear him.
