Great location, clean, handy restaurant on first floor that did takeaway, good security, great views.
Shower controls a bit confusing for overseas visitors that are used to taps to control temperature.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, very close to the train and bus station and ferry and convenient for exploring the town. Despite being in a central location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and had great views. It was also spacious and had a very well-equipped kitchen, which made the stay especially comfortable.
The check-in instructions were quite complicated, with information spread between Booking.com and a separate website, which can be inconvenient when travelling with limited mobile data.
We also received several messages saying the payment had not been received, although the amount had already been charged from my bank account. This was quite concerning and could easily make a traveler worry about possible fraud. Clearer communication about the payment status would have been appreciated.
