The location is very pretty. You have own beach access - the water was unfortunately not very clean.
The kitchen was very well equipped.
The view from the balcony and the front room is amazing. We could watch dolphins in the bay every morning.
The restaurant within the property is good. There is a little shop as well - but be aware that you can only pay by yape or cash, not card.
There is wifi but don’t expect too much from it, I had trouble to do my online work with it. But for general use it’s totally fine.

La magnifique vue sur mer. On a pu apercevoir des dauphins depuis le balcon. L'appartement est spacieux. L'espace avec les petites piscines qui donnent sur la mer est agréable.
La grande piscine de la résidence était fermée... L'appartement était humide, certains équipements un peu rouillés... L'environnement autour de la résidence n'est pas terrible (usine assez proche).

El orden y limpieza de las áreas comunes, asimismo de la piscina principal
La segunda habitación no tenía agua, aparentemente estaba clausurada y tuvimos que ocupar solo el baño principal (3 personas). No había wi - fi.
