The location was excellent with nearby shops, restaurants and public transport. The 2 bedroom apartment was well sized and easily fit our portacot in our room. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with dishes and appliances.
Prior to arriving we had requested the second bedroom have 2 single beds rather than a king for our toddler however when we arrived this wasn’t accommodated. One of the bedrooms also had a lock on it but no key provided which we found stressful when our toddler discovered it and we couldn’t open the door to get to him. There is also no way to lock the front door from the inside so our toddler very quickly learned how to unlock and open the door to wander out as he pleased which had us worried he might do this overnight or early morning while we were asleep. Staff at the front desk are friendly but don’t go out of their way to make further conversation or ask how your stay was. Overall the apartment was clean and comfortable, however the floor rug could use a refresh as it looks obviously dirty.

Was roomy, comfy & quiet. Bed really good.
Would be nice to have some herbal teas as there was only normal black tea.

The property was very well equipped, clean and centrally located. It was very quiet as well. The bed was very comfortable.
The only thing missing was an extra blanket for the bed.
