This was my wife and my third stay at your hotel and the level of service and quality of product provided is top level. We will 100% be back again. The breakfast is amazing, you must try the croissants. And the dinner setting is also very impressive.
There is currently a large extension being build to the hotel which when its complete will look wonderful but presently there is a large tower crane and construction going on.

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour de 5 jours au domaine de la Klauss. Tout est parfait : l'accueil, les services, l'amabilité du personnel qui fait tout pour satisfaire le client, la beauté du cadre, la qualité des équipements et de notre suite, la piscine extérieure et le spa, les restaurants et bars. Nous avons vraiment été très satisfaits de notre séjour.
Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié la qualité du restaurant gastronomique le K où les plats sont de véritables œuvres d'art.
Nous reviendrons passer un séjour au domaine de la Klauss, c'est certain. Et nous nous réjouissons d'avance !

L’hôtel somptueux , le personnel si attentionné et prévenant, une équipe jeune mais particulièrement compétent… le restaurant le K réserve une expérience inouïe, encore une fois le dynamisme de cette jeune équipe rivalise avec une expertise rare. Pour finir le petit déjeuner est sublime …le spa. la piscine à débordement et la terrasse vous emmène en Toscane …

There was construction going on on their property with a crane above you most of the time. Not the best for taking pictures. There was a gentleman that was seating us for for dinner at the outdoor restaurant. He looked us up and down like we didn’t belong there and then questioned whether we were staying there or not. Gave us a complete look of disdain and we also didn’t speak the language. I thought he was completely disrespectful and ignorant. The second night we went out to eat. We thought we was gonna be at the nicer restaurant which my wife thought she booked that. It was the same guy, instead of letting us eat there. He says no you have to go out to the other restaurant to eat. Total disrespect. My wife loved it there. I would not go back. The prices should’ve reflected with the building going on right next-door.
