the hot tub and bed was great. the room was clean and the shower water was also nice and hot to my liking.
i could not close the blinds on the windows overhead in the room. Make it easy to close or leave instruction on how to close it.

Booked the superior room and was very happy to get a top floor room with jacuzzi, mini fridge, coffee maker and very comfortable bed. The room (#8) was very big and had high ceilings, a balcony and windows looking out on Chania. The cleaning staff we exceptional and alway did a great job cleaning. The reception is in another hotel a few minutes away - they were always very helpful and friendly. They let me store bags when I arrived very early and notified me when the room was ready. They offerred a late checkout for a fraction of the daily rate - departing at 18:00 was 50% of the daily rate. This was very convenient as I had a late flight.
The other buildings in the area around the entrance are bit dodgy and while totally safe - it does look dicey.
