Kiva ja siisti hotellialue. Tyylikästä ja aika modernia. Mukavan suuri allasalue. Rauhallinen paikka. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa vaikka eivät juuri englantia puhuneetkaan.
Ruoka oli hivenen pettymys. Sitä oli kyllä riittävästi, ja aina oli jotain tarjolla, mutta suunnilleen samaa joka päivä. Ruoka ei myöskään ollut koskaan oikein kunnolla lämmintä. Jossain lukee että tämä olisi neljän tähden hotelli, mutta ehkä itse en ihan neljää tähteä antaisi.

Very good family hotel! Here are the things that we found positive:
- super spacious family room with two bedrooms
- staff were great, very child friendly
- visitors were mostly scandinavian and germans
- only families, no young groups of partygoers
- quiet at night
- good selection of food, many fruit options
- many snack times (ice cream, churros, hamburgers, hot dogs, waffles)
- lots of chairs at the beach area
- serving real Coca-Cola and Fanta
- foam parties every wednesday, that was fun and everyone was excited about it, especially kids!
Some negative things:
- most food was okay, many options but tasted average or bland
- some plates and glasses were not the cleanest
- pool area is packed with people every day, chairs are 10cm from each other, people reserving chairs early with towels is a thing
- no lift in the family houses
- entertainment was average (although we don’t care if it is there or not)
- no animators (again, we never care really)

There is a manager Osman Badem that gave me excellent service and was extremely helpful. Shuttle service to beach was also good.
Firstly I would say 90% of staff speak no English or German. Found the receptionists extremely unhelpful and one in particular has a very bad attitude. No towels in room on arrival. Rooms need updating. Took hours to have the room serviced, eg left room at 8.30am and by 4pm when one wanted to have a lie down, that is when they came to basically mop the floor, straighten the sheets. No proper cleaning of bathroom. Did not remove cups etc from room. Bedding very hard and basic. Beach towels long past their 'use by date' ie. Extremely thin and small. Language barrier was a huge problem. If you asked for a fork, coffee, something to be fixed in room one was mostly given a blank look or "no speak English" Had it not been for Osman Badem I think I would have gone mad. He was extremely helpful and when asked for something he would arrange it a.s.a.p. Hope the hotel realises what a gem they have in him. Katip that served around the pool was also always very cheerful and gave very good service. Hotel management must do something about guests reserving pool loungers at night/crack of dawn. By 7.30am every lounger was reserved with no one in sight which was very annoying. I personally would not stay there again. Also "all inclusive" when it came to the drinks was of the poorest quality. Ordered sex on the beach once and we could not drink it. Only drank wine mixed with lemonade. I suppose it is what you are used to, but on both my previous stays the drinks and cocktails were great. Admittedly they were both 5 Star hotels. Our room was near the kitchen and a road which was very noisy. The kitchen staff were extremely noisy early mornings and late at night, like at midnight!! No respect for guests trying to sleep. In general the kids found it okay, but would I recommend it to anyone my answer would have to be no. The reviews I saw before booking and my personal experience were world's apart.

This is a small hotel in comparison to the huge neighboring ones but the size doesn’t really hinder it’s efficiency. Our 5 - night family stay was great. The rooms and garden surroundings were clean, food in the all inclusive provision was perfectly fine and the service was very good from the majority young staff - we could see how hard they worked, ready to take orders with eager smiles throughout the day.
There isn’t much entertainment/shopping around the hotel, you have to either take the dolmus or walk 10 mins or so for some prominent shopping areas. It’s a mainly German/Russian speaking hotel so sometimes it was hard to explain something in English! The nightly entertainment was a bit hit and miss too. Also the hotel doesn’t have irons to use in the rooms which I found a little strange. The laundry service will provide ironing with additional charges though.

Very good restaurant, nice staff, good not very expensive SPA, nice and clean rooms, beautiful show programs
- the music in pool area all day long is too loud and a little annoying
- was very surprised that not all the staff speaks English! The waiters sometimes didn't even understand something like "green tea or "water with lemon".
Guys on the reception also were not good at English
- once we had to wait for a beach transfer service for 40 minutes even if it should every 15 minutes

The location was in a good proximity of the beach with the beach bus coming every 30 minutes with a very friendly bus driver. There are many facilities available at the beach.The managing staff were very helpful, especially hussain mateen and reception manager. The food was delicious and fresh with great selections. The staff were very helpful at all times, our room was cleaned everyday. The hotel was well kept and maintained. We had a great time.

Very friendly Staff, very professional waiters, cleaners did good job as well , especially want to say big Thank you to Mustafa driver ( transfer to the beach ) very helpful with our baby pram , kind , and caring . Also we want say Big Thank You to Beach Bar Staff Alishan, kitchen staff Amazing always fresh and tasty food , you never stay hungry. Bravo Side Village!!!

Everything was just perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much! The food was very tasty and variated, the staff was great, the pool also. The beach is not very far, you can go by foot or you can take the minibus they are offering. There is a bar on the beach also where u can have all kind of drinks or you can eat. We will definitely come back!

It was amazing, me and my family enjoyed it alot! The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond by helping us and we are grateful for them! The food was delicious! The rooms are comfortable and clean. And the shows and programs they had each day is soo fun and inviting! Definitely recommend!

Well, the place is great. Very nice atmosphere in general and very hospitable reception. Food is just amazing and chiefs are great, they cook really delicious. The rooms are spacious and nice. Everything is working fine.
No free wifi but you can pay 8 euros for 10 days or use Looby wifi. The beach itself is clean, all food and beverages are available, and very open and kind staff work there too. So we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Food was good and varied except for breakfast!
However there are flies everywhere covering the food so take from the bottom!
There’s so much to say here, first of all when we arrived we were not greeted as you hoped you would be after a long day of travelling! there was random men sitting in reception area smoking and nobody smiled or made us feel welcome they didn’t speak English so we had no idea what was going on and I don’t feel like they were prepared for us at all they couldn’t find our names on their list at all but in the end we were given a broken old key and shown a room which had curtains hanging off and 2 lightbulbs not working so in a dingy room there was even less light! there was no offer of food or drink despite it being all inclusive and then knowing the time we would be getting there! not even a bottle of water and some fruit so we then had to go to a shop to try and get something to eat which is not ideal after a long day and arriving in that heat, our room was filthy & run down. There is no fire door just a normal door with a massive gap underneath that you could put your hand under, the light in the stairwell was broke so never went off so that shone under the door all night. We also discovered there is no air con in the bedroom! only a unit in front room area we went to reception to ask for a fan and they told us no they don’t provide fans, I had emailed asking if there was air con and received a reply that yes there is but at no point did they specify only in 1 room, 2 people in a room in Turkey in July with no air con is not ok! yet on our last day another nationality family was checking out and we found a fan being removed from their room!? We asked several times for the room to be cleaned but it never happened so we stopped asking, we had no clean sheets put on and we had to ask for new towels after 4 days! we also had to keep asking for toilet roll which took a good ten minutes because they only understand toilet paper!?

Staff was very helpful and the hotel had a good vibe to it. Swimming pool was good and the drinks and bar was also very good.
We had 2 rooms that were together and only one of them had an AC which made it impossible to sleep
In so we had to move the mattress and 5 of us had to stay in 1 room on 2 single beds and a mattress on the floor. The food was not the best.

Very good hotel on excellent location in Side, close to beach. Room was big enough and very clean.Food was awesome and tasty.Personel were kind and helpfull.Free wifi was perfect.I recommend this hotel

We stayed three nights in two one bedroom apartments. The rims were fantastic. Lots of space and having a small kitchen area with fridge was great. We had a big balcony overlooking the pool. We did ask for x2 travel costs as was travelling with twin babies (but learning from experiences took my own so it wasn’t a problems). The other room was facing the other side of the hotel (overlooking a road. Not so nice but can’t all be pool views).
Food was great. Lots of choice. Wasn’t many high chairs though so was a bit or a rush each meal to make sure we could grab two.
Pools and water slides were great
Staff were helpful and kind
Property had lift which was great for kids
Easy transfer to beach which was nice but limited space. Not sure if would be big enough in high season but was perfect for us. Staff there were lovely.
Entertainment was hit and miss. One nite there was a belly dancer and kids disco but it was all finished by 9pm! Others two nights just played music through speaker.
All inclusive ended at 10pm which was a bit early for drinks.
Kids park also seemed to be boggy with water which was a shame as

Staff is super friendly and helpful, try to understand the need even with language bareers. Food is delicious and the variety is better than was expected.

Entartainings with invited dancers\acrobats\performances are at dinner time once in 2-3 days
you will hear your neighbours next room:(
Music at eenings are super loud especially one hour at the end of dinner - why???? There are so many families with little kids. Children go to bed early, at 9-10, why not adjusting to guests and make their stay more comfortable with normal volume of noise??? Our 5 months child went to bed from 19 to 20 and we suffered from this discoteque. I would understand this if there were many people enjoying this, but few groups finishing their dinner and drinks is not the right audience for this.
This is the main disadvantage I would highlight. The rest was great.
