Excelentes instalações (quarto, restaurante, piscina etc).
A localização é um pouco fora do centro mas foi disponibilizado transporte com o Junior sempre muito pontual e prestativo..
Excelente atendimento, principalmente da recepcionista Tai muito simpática e prestativa.
Café da manhã muito bom.
No café da manhã faltou pão de queijo num dia e yogurte noutro dia. No cardápio oferecem tapioca de varias cores mas só tinha um tipo. Mas nada disso diminuiu a qualidade do café da manhã.
Como sugestão poderia ser instalado um chuveirinho higiênico junto ao vaso sanitário.

The staff! They arranged all of my transport (return from São Luís) and several tours and all was seamless. Excellent communication, on time and no stress. They offered up restaurant recommendations and arranged free quad taxis to restaurants in town. I felt super well cared for. My room was spacious,clean and comfortable. Warm plentiful water in the shower and cool AC, a definite luxury in such a remote place. The bathrooms are semi open so the occasional cute tree frog made a quick appearance... indeed there are animals on farms!
The recent spate of highly negative reviews gave me some pause before my arrival but this seems to reflect the guests more than the establishment. Indeed other guests were the main negative point (rude to staff etc). It strikes me as odd to complain about a few tree frogs when you have booked to stay on a farm, in an extremely remote town with limited infrastructure. Staff were not at all absent- they were always around to help! The restaurant is indeed closed for lunch and dinner and for now they have generously agreed to arrange and pay for transfers all over town to eat. Prices are high because things you may take for granted at home have to be built and maintained here, with many things having to be transported over rough roads and a river... temper your expectations as this is a beautiful, charming place in a spectacular part of the world.
The farm is indeed very family friendly so one other small negative for me was unruly children at the pool, though this would likely be a positive for many guests.

Chambre impeccable, spacieuse et très confortable.
Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et à notre service. À la lecture de certains avis négatifs, nous avions un peu peur, mais notre séjour a été parfait. Certes, la nuit est plus chère qu’ailleurs, mais le service est au rendez-vous. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, et quali. Je recommande à 100%.

Le style ecolodge, bien entretenue
restaurant fermé, confort très sommaire pour le prix, personnel ne parlant pas du tout anglais à part une personne, éloigné du centre et des plages et pas de services de navettes.
