Great stay

Big, spacious and wonderful apartment for the price. Had a wonderful stay with the family. A lot of space for kids to play and grownups to rest. Wonderful big windows and nice scenery to the forest. Would love to stay again whenever in Tallinn again.

Misleading listing, leaking roof, poor communication – avoid this place

The only positive aspect was that the apartment was spacious — but we paid for that space, and it came with serious issues that were never disclosed in the listing.

I rented this apartment for my parents, who came to Tallinn for our wedding. We booked it for 18 nights, but sadly, the experience was terrible and not as advertised. While the apartment was spacious, it came with serious issues that were not disclosed in the listing. The worst problem was the leaking roof. On rainy days, water dripped from multiple places inside the apartment. My parents couldn’t sleep at night because of the noise and stress. The damage had clearly been there before, but the owner had covered the ruined floor tiles with carpets, hiding the signs of water damage. We only discovered it when the rain started. I contacted the owner immediately, but they never responded. Communication was nonexistent during the entire stay. There were also serious issues with cleanliness and supplies. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided for an 18-night stay, and no cleaning equipment whatsoever — no vacuum, mop, or cleaning products. I wrote to the owner asking if they would be providing any supplies or if the apartment would be cleaned during the stay. Instead of answering my three questions, they replied with a rude one-liner: “We offered them that we can do a cleaning every 5-7 days, but they refused.” That’s not true. My family doesn’t speak English, so they didn’t refuse — they simply asked for clarification. Unfortunately, the owner didn’t bother to communicate clearly or respectfully. On top of all this, check-in was delayed. We had confirmed arrival for 13:00, but when we showed up at 13:30, the apartment wasn’t ready. The cleaners were still inside and told us it wouldn’t be ready until 14:00. After a long overnight trip, my parents were exhausted and had to wait outside. In summary, this apartment was a huge disappointment — uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and handled with zero care or responsibility. I’ll be uploading photos of the hidden water damage and leaking roof. I strongly advise against booking this place.

Clean apartment

The shower knob doesn't work so you can't use the shower. The bathroom ceiling is moldy. The fridge isn't cold even though it's on full. There's no air conditioning. The water from the bathroom faucet comes out with such high pressure that it floods the entire bathroom

The apartment is ok for its value.

That it had three floors and sauna.

It had rotted foors, in one of the rooms floor was broken, it was in very bad condition. There was mold in bathroom, doors did not close. It did not have any storage in third room. And the service was very poor.

Paikka oli siisti. Perille oli helppo löytää navigaattorilla ja ulkona oli parkkialue. Sijainti oli lähellä kaunista luontoa. Asunto oli siisti, puhdas ja hyväntuoksuinen.

Asunto kaipaa pientä pintaremonttia, mutta mikään ei haitannut normaalia olemista.

Positiv: die Lage, viel Platz für alle; es gab Dusche, Waschmachine, Trockner, Mikrowelle und alles, was man braucht.

Es gab zwar alles, aber alles war halb kaputt. Die Qualität von den Geräten und von der Unterkunft (Löcher im Boden oder in den Wänden, sonstiges) war sehr schlecht. Keine Schlüsselübergabe.
