The room and toilet are clean and spacious. The breakfast is plenty and varied. The taste is very good. In addition, the service from the staff was also friendly.

Very modern, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very friendly, and tried their best to accommodate all my needs. The free wifi is very fast and I experienced minimal issues. The walls are very soundproof, we barely heard sound from outside our room. They cleaned the room and changed the sheets every day. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety to choose from. When I ordered food to the hotel, the staff were helpful with taking delivery while I came downstairs. It’s in a nice location right in the middle of the city, not far from the toll. The pickup area outside is very convenient. There’s also a small shop next door to the hotel to buy anything you may need. Overall a fantastic experience and incredible value for money. I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Bandung, and will recommend to others
Some of the channels on the TV didn’t match to what they said. On some days the water from the shower had a strange smell, and on some days the water wouldn’t go very hot, but that’s not a big issue as I took more cool showers due to the hot weather. When I used the laundry service, I paid for a fast service to be back the same day however I had to call after 24 hours to receive my clothes

Staff were very responsive and approachable..they go beyond their roles to help guests.
Large rooms and pretty neat and clean
The water in the shower is not hot enough! Lifts were broken, only one lift working for 2 days.

Spacious room
Check is at 2pm but didn’t get the room till 2:40. Went to the pool in the meantime, no towels.
Wide selection for breakfast but not nice quality. Coffee charged extra.
Glass at the shower shattered out of nowhere while being in the bathroom, luckily I didn’t get cut. The manager approached me at checkout to investigate the cause, although not sure I even got an apology. I received no compensation or whatsoever for this incident.
