15 mins drive to Olbia airport. Great for layover, walking distance to a great restaurant. Secure car parking in basement. Easy access with use of app.
No windows in property. View of recycling centre from patio which was dirty but looks like it’s used by smokers and pigeons. If you are not good with technology you will not like use of phone to access all doors and gates. Blue light from air conditioner kept waking us up, could do with a cover.

The biggest advantage of this place is the parking. The other one is the cafe in front of the house. The place was generally clean.
The facilities are a bit outdated - old furniture, not very welcoming environment. It is generally expensive for what it is offering.

Échanges très fluide avec le proprio.
Très bien organisé avec un site web sécurisé pour accéder au parking et logement.
L’emplacement au milieu d’autres bâtiments et environnement qui ne semble pas du tout rassurant.
