Decent location near lots of restaurants, very quiet. Also very private. I didn’t see another person the whole time I was there. Only cleaning staff just as I left. The bed was very comfortable. Also liked that the towels were big.
Very dark room with dim, colored lightbulbs. So dark I had to open the door and blinds to get ready, which made the room hot. I actually considered buying new lightbulbs so I could see myself. Good for sleeping at least.
Air conditioner is in the loft right next to the bed, so extremely drying, but it was too hot to turn off.
Also, it was pretty far from the metro, 15 mins walk at least.

Fantastic location, we actually found the surrounding area of the guesthouse to be our favourite place we visited on Seoul. Just slightly away from the madness of Hongdae Main Street and in a trendy, student oriented area with many places to eat and drink traditional Korean food.

The owner was always easy to contact and responded quickly to every message and question. The room was spacious, clean and cozy, with an extremely comfortable bed. The large, modern bathroom was also spotless.
We loved the location. It was in a quiet, authentic area with plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. It was also very easy to reach from the airport, which made our arrival and departure incredibly convenient.
The accommodation was very well connected, with buses to anywhere in the city just a five-minute walk away. The metro was a little farther, but the walk there was beautiful, and we enjoyed it every day.
When I return to Seoul, I will definitely stay at this property again.

The location is about a 15 minute walk from Hongik Univ Station, therefore a little bit quieter
We liked that you are able to store your luggage outside of check-in, check-out times
The price is good
There is an industrial interior design, but not done so in a way where I feel confident in the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom ceiling has lots of holes and grime, no ventilation, and graffiti.
The shelves are placed so high and the designs of the rooms are not super functional.
The kitchen is dark and unapproachable and the host is often seated at the dining table observing guests on camera. Beware of your privacy.
The luggage storage is not locked and is placed under the patio. It is inside the property, but the gate to the property does not have a lock on it.
