The location of the apartment is excellent. Near the apartment is a parking spot that allows for 20 minutes of unpaid parking for taking out the luggage. Owner has a option for paid parking in a petrol pump (cc 400 m from the apartment) that costs 6 euro per day. Mr Belleti was very helpful with booking date, unpacking and packing the luggage.
There are 7 apartments, i think, and the one we had was the only one that hasn't been renovated and has a bit dated furniture.
That didn't bother us, but the bathroom is really unpractical. For the first time in our travels, the shower was above the toilet, so the toilet is always wet after the shower. If you want to use it later, it's messy and the water is all over the bathroom.
I really recommend checking which apartment you're booking so you don't end up in the same situation, because all other apartments are much better.

Posizione ottima, sia per passeggiare lungo il viale principale che per raggiungere la spiaggia.
Il proprietario molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile.
L'unica nota su cui suggerirei un piccolo miglioramento riguarda il letto, non molto confortevole.
