I was very grateful and pleased that they (under request/approval & additional fees) allowed me to have my dog stay there with me. I was very impressed with the overall apartment size, VERY comfy and very convenient and helpful to have had access to my own laundry facility within my little apartment.
Unfortunately there was just a couple of things that left me a little unsatisfied with my stay and just worth mentioning so others can get a heads up. Such as, paying a $20 per night cleaning fee and then having $25 deducted from my bond because I had left all of 4-5 dishes in the sink but didn't have time to clean, dry and put them away before needing to be packed, ready and checked out by 10am. And the other thing was that on my second night of staying there it was mentioned faig

The location in the city is convenient. Close to public transport. The pool was nice. The room was clean with everything provided.
The staff that checked me in was very rude. Told me I was too stupid to read the fine print, so I had to be charged a further $900 security fees. The owner Edward, however, was very friendly, and made sure my stay was comfortable. He listened to my concerns and was professional at all times.
