Overall, it was a good stay. The staff were super nice, and even though there was some confusion with my reservation, Roza handled it and resolved the issue appropriately. The room had most of the amenities you would need, the food was good, and it was very convenient to have laundry facilities available on-site. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
One-star deduction for the location, as it was quite a walk for me to get there from the center, especially with all my luggage. The road goes steeply uphill and downhill, and some sections are covered in livestock poop, which you and your suitcase may unfortunately have to navigate through to reach the property.

Spacious, comfortable room with good beds and bathroom, close to downtown Mestia. A great breakfast buffet, and a lovely yard to sit in and enjoy the evening.

Roza is a very kind and helpful host. We stayed in the cottage one of the nights and it was very lovely. The rooms are comfortable, very well furnished/decorated and the location very close to the main high street with lots of excellent restaurants and shops

Roza is very nice, she helped us with every issue we had. She allowed us to check in early to rest after a long journey. She and her husband helped us also after our trekking shoes were suddenly damaged.
