Great option in Mestia

Absolutely fantastic. Great room, awesome views, comfy bed. Hot water and great water pressure in the shower. Roza was the best hostess- very accommodating. Had a great breakfast and some local wine one evening. Would stay again :) Thanks for a great stay.

A big guesthouse with a big heart

I had a wonderful stay in Roza's guest house. The staff were extraordinarily kind and friendly from the very moment I arrived to the moment I left. Everything was clean and relaxed, with a sense of excitement in the air from the other hikers. Lovely view from my room and a wonderful, peaceful garden. Thank you so much for this special first night in Svaneti.

Communication is key

Nice breakfast, price, and views. Everything clean, people were generally nice.

Roza seems to speak English pretty well but be careful! There was some serious miscommunication about when/how to pay, and she threatened to call the cops. So just ensure she truly understands what she is smiling and nodding to.

We LOVED our stayed at Rozas guesthouse. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The views on the mestia valley and the garden are truly spectacular. The guesthouse is a good distance from the city center (a little of uphill). We felt welcomed by her family. During one night we enjoyed the show of typical music and Georgian dancing. Roza helped us get around and arranged travel for us. We even went together in the bus to Tbilisi and she helped us booking thought the app a taxi to our hotel in Tbilisi. We also had some drinks (chacha and wine) with the family. We felt part of the family. We will definitely come back here one day ♥️thanks Roza.

It’s not located in the town of Mestia, so it requires a little walk (5-7 min) to get to from the town center. On the plus this gives great views of the valley.

Great stay

We LOVED staying at Roza’s! Such a peaceful place with a beautiful garden where we enjoyed chilling in the hammocks. Roza was very friendly and helpful, she speaks English. She arranged a taxi for us to Maseri and we could leave our car at her place during our 2-day hike. 5 minute walk to the center of Mestia.

Roza's Guest house was extremely clean, well managed and comfortable at a reasonable price. Roza herself greeted us and was happy to help with any questions or queries including booking a transfer back from Ushguli, leaving bags and breakfast/lunch. We would happily stay there again.

Best place if you stay in Mestia.

Very friendly welcome. Rosa will help you with your hike(s), public transport. You can leave your stuff there if you go on multiday hiking (which I recommend). Very flexible and very nice breakfast.

#1 In Mestia and in Georgia, Must go!

Magnificent! No single reason not to like anything ! Roza and her husband cared so much about me, i felt just like home, very sweet and caring people i haven’t met in any place. this is the #1 most recommended in Mestia and in whole Georgia♥️

In order to enter the property I had to step on a "stair" made of a board put on top of a rock. It collapsed once I stepped on it, I fell and had my finger's joint dislocated. Had to go see a doctor immediately and I'm still receiving treatment for that injury now 3 weeks later and probably way longer.

Very comfortable and clean guest house in a great location with fantastic views! Lots of space to hang out in the beautiful garden and balcony, and possible to walk into town for dinner. The staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable and took amazing care of one of our party who unfortunately fell sick during our stay. We would definitely return to stay again in Mestia

Simple and nice guesthouse and a good value for money as it wasn't too expensive

Roza knew basic english so it was easy to communicate. The room was nice and comfortable, with hot water in the shower and very clean.

The room did not have heating system so it was a bit cold at night. The wifi connection did not work in our room as it was to weak and breakfast was a bit disappointing as the variety was limited and they did not re-fill things that finished.

Decent room, downstairs there is an area for eating with hot water and plates etc., friendly hosts

It's more a hotel, not very cosy. Lighting in the bathroom is very limited

Excellent location in the lovely town of Mestia. A few minutes walk from the city center. Ever helpful Roza always ready to answer any question and give good recommendations for things to do. Staff generally very nice and positive.

We had a lovely time at Rozas guesthouse, where we were very kindly welcomed. Roza helped us get around and arranged travel for us. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable with a beautiful view on the mestia valley and mountain range. The guesthouse is a good distance from the city center (warning: uphill), not too close to the noise in the city center but still very convenient. Thank you very much (and greetings to Bubi :))
