The room was clean and cool. Breakfast was varied and good, and staff were friendly and we were able to use the space downstairs when we needed. Good area with public transport and nice restaurants nearby (and playgrounds for those with young children).
It looked a bit shabby in places with paint getting chipped etc but no material issues. No kettle on the room.

Hotel manager is a great professional with a genuine sense of relationships. Helpful, smiling, caring. Thank you! The hotel is what you need when looking for a good place to rest and sleep after long days out in Paris. Location is great in the small and relax “village-like” area of Butte aux Cailles, easily connected to Tour Eiffel with metro line 6 and to other central places just a few stations away. Montsouris Parc is a must do, just 10min walk from the hotel. Many restaurants around. Big shopping mall Italie 2 nearby.
Breakfast is perfect with good options.
