Owner gave invalid pin code the day before, check in day after 15:00pm finally give valid code to enter the door . We prefer twin beds ,but don't know we lose the garden view and room space, and of course the money. We made double reservation by mistake,but he only gave one room from the beginning and charge us 2 rooms price, so the owner is not a kind person ,we got the worse experience in Spain after travel more than one month, will never come back. And after one week,he charge 44 euros for missing towels,is NOT true. Terrible place!!!

Had a little issue with the hot water but reported it and it was all resolved. You can easily hear everything from the other rooms next to you.

Too many notifications before check-in, sendind by email,message and app. Seriously recap everything in one message otherwise this is super annoying.

all was very good

the materace was very uncomfortable, pillow as well it felt like sleeping on the floor. we are 55 kg. maybe for 100kg people will be better i think the materace was very good quality therefore will last for ages.

Location is very convenient, right next to the main bus station and close to the town centre. The room was really clean and the self check-in process went smooth and fast.

Instructions for entry could have been a little clearer. Had to make a phone call to get into the room. Luckily, I spoke to someone who could speak English and all worked out well.

The room was a little small but adequate for our needs. Some noisy conversation around 10pm but thankfully they stopped shortly after.

De locatie (50 meters from the Burgos bus station). I arrived with the nightbus at 3 am in the nigth and was in my room in minutes with the keycode

soap and shampoo is provided, but it was in the cabinet under the sink, so I only noticed when I was about to leave

The room and bath were spotless, very clean. The hospitality staff was very helpful and generous. We enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you.
