The facility was okay. The AC didn't work well but it was okay. The bed was comfy. Hot water was good but didn't last long.
The host lady that goes by (Mama) She verbally tore in to me! Only to end up apologizing when she realized she was wrong!
She told me "Get down stairs!" "You must be out of here at 12!" And much more ...All the while, she was driving her pointer finger into the wooden table while lecturing me! She had a stern look and aggressive attitude.
I was calm and explained to her that I had rebooked earlier that morning. Her staffworker who woke me up from my sleep, was turning her head away bcuz she was embarrassed!
I'm a 47 yr old man and she was lecturing me like I was a child! After she didn't believe me. She then called her boss and he confirmed to her that I had rebooked. She tried to be nice after that, but I had already seen the lady behind the mask.
I didn't tell her off the way I wanted to, but I decided to write this comment in hopes that she knows about it and not to treat others that way!

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, air con, nice staff, local TV. Good place if you have your own motorbike,
I stayed 2 nights. I was going to stay longer, but they raised the price an additional 60,000. Kinda crazy, because they just lost one or two weeks of rent from me.

The owner ''Mamma'" we saw our mom like care there. Lovely and very much friendly nature she has.

Mama was so nice and welcoming would help you with anything. Very quiet area
Location was abit out of main town Ubud so 15-20min bike ride away depending on traffic.
