The room was very clean. We had an in room refrigerator that helped keep our drinks nice and cold. The air conditioning unit work very well and kept the room nice and comfortable.
The location was the main reason we picked it being close to university.
The bed was uncomfortable with a sag in the middle. The pillow were small and flat. The hotel is right off a main street and loud. I woke up multiple times, either because I was uncomfortable or vehicle noises from.

the location is really great. it is close to many many places i go to. the room is spacious, and the cleanliness is good. i enjoyed the amneties provided
the parking. there are too few parking out front, and the parking out back don't really havve signs. I didn't know it was slightly lower, so i had to "walk" up the stairs to get to first floor.

The room was large, but very basic. Parking was available on-site, though sometimes that was at the back of the building. Overall, it was 'fine' for my needs.
I had no idea that room service wouldn't happen unless requested. Forget the towels, taking the trash/recycling and a quick vacuum would not have been too much to ask on a regular basis. For the cost (~$2k USD for 8 days), this was not good value.
