I booked a sea facing unit on the 1st floor at an extra fee of R400 extra. I was however allocated a garden unit . All units in Secret Sands are sea facing, therefore I should have not been charged an extra amount for a sea facing one. In view of this. I request a refund.
Please also note that on previous bookings, my booked unit had been changed without my prior approval.
In future I will not be using booking. com as I believe that this is unfair practice as I did not get the units that I booked and paid for .

Quaint seaside accommodation with access directly to the beach. It’s quiet and peaceful with friendly staff. The accommodation is well equipped for self catering. The garbage is collected every day and they also replace towels daily. It is sufficient for a comfortable stay . Value for money.

Comfortable room with sea view
Massive boulder taking up most of the space on the patio. WiFi was very poor, being either not available or very poor reception
